By using our website or contracting services from B&C Landscaping and Pavers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
- Services Offered
B&C Landscaping and Pavers offers professional landscaping services including, but not limited to:
- Landscape design and installation
- Artificial turf installation
- Concrete work
- Paver patio installation
- Retaining and decorative wall construction
- Sod and irrigation systems
- Rock, stone, and mulch solutions
- All services are subject to availability and may be location-specific.
- Estimates and Pricing
We offer free, no-obligation estimates. Final pricing is subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and any modifications requested by the client. All estimates will be provided in writing and must be accepted before work commences.
- Payments
Payment terms will be clearly stated in the service agreement. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work. Late payments may result in additional fees.
- Scheduling & Delays
We aim to complete all projects on time; however, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling. We will communicate any delays promptly.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 72 hours notice. Refunds for deposits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, especially if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
- Property Access
Clients must provide clear and safe access to the worksite. B&C Landscaping and Pavers is not responsible for delays caused by blocked access or unsafe working conditions.
- Warranty & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. A limited warranty applies to specific services and will be outlined in your service agreement. This does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, weather, or third-party interference.
- Limitation of Liability
B&C Landscaping and Pavers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the contracted service.
- Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is used solely for fulfilling service requests and will not be shared or sold.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of California.
